Price includes Thermostatic Valve and Lockshield Valve. RTL (Return Temperature Limiters) are ideal for towel rails, where the towel rail is the secondary source of heating and where keeping the towel rail warm, regardless of the room temperature, is a priority. To ensure that towels are always warm and dry, the RTL measures the temperature on the return flow, which can be adjusted independently to the room temperature.
